Commits the Government to establish an interministerial task force (Health, Social Issues, Equal Opportunities) in order to plan a survey on FGM, a raising awareness campaign on legal penalties for those who cause personal harm to anybody, to introduce a specific criminal law and the immediate deportation out of the national borders for parents who practice FGM on their daughters; to officially recognize FGM's effects as illnesses; to inform and train obstetricians and medical staff so that they only practice caesarean to mutilated women; to establish a register of children at risk and guarantee legal and psychological support to women.
