The challenge of work-family life balance in big companies
Based on interviews to representatives of 60 big companies, this study analyses improvements in relation to what labor legislation establishes in the field of work-life balance (leave, flexitime and "conciliation services", among others). The study reports also about the advantages and disadvantages that Human Resources representatives advanced to justify the introduction improvements in the collective agreements.
