Solution Manual. A Tool for the Promotion of Good Gender Equality Practices in Companies

This solution-guide results from the Social Dialogue and Equality in Companies Project, funded by the EQUAL - Community Initiative Programme, and took place between 2006 and 2008. It was based on a cooperative project, which involved trade unions, employers associations, companies, official bodies and research centres. It presents a range of situations through which the companies involved share their knowledge and experiences during the implementation of a gender audit and the subsequent intervention plan to tackle gender asymmetries and obstacles to work-life balance.
