5. Bilanz Chancengleichheit – Chancengleichheit auf einem guten Weg

The report provides a balance of the agreement between the federal government and the central associations of the German economy to promote equal opportunities between women and men in the private sector. The analysis investigates gender equality on the basis of current numbers, facts and policies in the actions fields of vocational training/study/further, employment, reconciliation of work and family and work, women in leading positions, and gender pay gap. The study identifies positive developments with respect to training/study/further and the reconciliation of work and family and work. However, with regard the other actions fields there is substantial need for action.
