Décret n° 2012-778 du 24 mai 2012 relatif aux attributions du Ministre des droits des femmes

Decree (re)establishing a Women's rights ministry with full competencies, in charge of impulsing and coordinating GE policies carried out at the level of ministries and other State institutions. The Ministry has notably competency for monitoring the implementation of compulsory GE actions plans to be adopted in each policy sectors by 2013. Along with the Women's rights and Gender equality service attached to the General Directorate for Social Inclusion, it monitors the implementation of the decision taken at the level of the interministerial committee for women's rights and gender equality.
