Conditions for disclosing information
The right to confidentiality is limited under the conditions of suspicion from the part of the legal doctor of medical data indicating the possible occurrence of a type of crime that qualifies for automatic prosecution, when the examination is done at the request of interested parties (Article 37). The source provides examples of such possible occurrences, among which, abuse of a minor.
