Methodology and Basic training Changemakers. Refugees and migrants in training for inspiring leaders

VON developed in the past years the methodology Changemakers, whereby change is instigated by the society - civil society - itself. This civic driven change is initiated by individuals, and leads to long term results. The methodology was developed with 400 community based organisations and has been applied successfully for work against homophobia, honour related violence and female genital mutilation.
