EIGE launches this call for tender with a goal to contribute to the update of existing EU-wide guidelines for employers on gender-neutral job evaluation and classification systems gender-neutral job evaluation and classification systems to eliminate gender-based pay discrimination and ensure equal pay for the same work or work of equal value.
The main target groups for the products to be delivered under this tender, as foreseen in the EU Pay Transparency Directive, includes groups such as employers in the private and public sectors, social partners, gender equality bodies in EU Member States. Important gender equality stakeholders, such as women’s organisations and practitioners, will also be able to make use of the findings and benefit from the access to the tools and knowledge-based products developed because of this study.
