Anyone can contact EIGE through this form. We regularly hear from policymakers, researchers, EU and national officials, civil society organisations, students, journalists and members of the public. If you have a question about gender equality in the EU and think EIGE can help, this is the right place to start.

You can use this form to:

• Ask about EIGE's research, data or publications
• Request access to gender statistics or the Gender Equality Index
• Ask for technical support or explore collaboration with EIGE
• Report a problem with EIGE's website or tools
• Make a general enquiry about gender equality in the EU

EIGE does not set EU policy, but we provide the evidence base that supports policy decisions. If your question is about EU policy or legislation directly, we may redirect you to the relevant EU institution.

We aim to send an initial response within [X working days]. If your request needs specialist input, research or coordination with another team, we will let you know and provide a clear and realistic timeframe. Complex requests, such as detailed data extractions or technical assistance, may take longer.

EIGE processes personal data submitted through this form in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 on the protection of personal data by EU institutions and bodies.

We collect your name, email and organisation solely to handle your request. We do not share your data with third parties for any other purpose.

EIGE also runs a dedicated Gender Mainstreaming Helpdesk for EU institutions and national gender equality bodies or other institutions focused on gender mainstreaming.

Use the Gender Mainstreaming Helpdesk if you work in one of those places and have a short-term technical question about gender mainstreaming methods, tools or processes.

Use this contact form for everything else, including general questions about gender mainstreaming, requests to participate in events or conferences, collaboration enquiries, and requests from organisations outside the Helpdesk's primary user group (such as NGOs, academia, municipalities or social partners).
