Pronouns: She/her

My name is Zohra Bibi, a professional in European youth project management specialized in mobility for young people with fewer opportunities.

Living as a racialized woman in a priority neighborhood (QPV) in France, I am deeply committed to equal opportunities, social justice, anti-discrimination, and intersectional inclusion.

Navigating invisible chronic illness, including endometriosis, I aspire to drive change for better workplace inclusion, raise awareness about invisible disabilities at work, and promote health equity.

Through initiatives like Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps, my work empowers young people to break systemic barriers. My goal is also to bridge gaps and create meaningful opportunities for youth across Europe and the Mediterranean.
