Simona Šimovičová is a Senior Project Manager, executive board member and lecturer on digital and AI skills at Female Algorithm, a Slovak non-profit advancing women in technology and leadership.
She leads and co-designs programmes across career stages – from schoolgirls exploring technology, to mothers re-entering the labour market after parental leave, to women stepping into leadership or into tech.
She is also behind Speak Out Safely, an initiative against sexual harassment at work that has helped open the issue up publicly in Slovakia. Each year, her national and Erasmus+ projects reach hundreds of girls and women. Her work rests on one belief: opening doors is not enough. Women also need workplaces where they are safe, respected and able to stay, progress and lead.
