My interest in gender equality comes from seeing how access to knowledge, fair opportunities and inclusive workplaces can shape people’s lives. I am an HR professional in the tech sector, working across Talent Acquisition and HR compliance.
My work includes implementing the EU Pay Transparency Directive, alongside broader processes related to inclusion, equality, and diversity. I studied Business Economics & Finance and International Relations & European Affairs.
I also co-authored, with the support of the Bank of Greece, a textbook introducing high school students to basic banking and financial concepts, helping build financial literacy from an early age. I am a British Council Leadership for Gender Equality alumna, selected as one of 25 participants in the programme, and a Cornell Take the Lead graduate.
