Maja Krištafor is a Croatian policy professional and gender equality advocate with over a decade of experience in human rights, inclusion and social impact.
She is the founder of Inkluziv Collective, Croatia’s first consultancy dedicated to workplace inclusion, diversity and equality, with a focus on advancing equal opportunities, inclusive leadership and more equitable workplaces.
Currently working at the European Parliament, Maja brings together experience from politics, civil society and the private sector. In 2024, she was named Young Woman of Europe and one of Croatia’s 30 Under 30. Her work focuses on women’s empowerment and removing structural barriers to participation through an intersectional approach to equality.
