Juraj Plaza is a Legal Officer at the Slovak Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic, where he drafts national labour legislation.
He holds a PhD in labour law from Comenius University Bratislava and has taught EU anti-discrimination law. His academic publications cover the gender pay gap and labour market discrimination, including its algorithmic forms. Juraj serves as Slovakia's nominated expert in two EU-level bodies.
