Pronouns: She/her
I work at the Bulgarian Fund for Women Foundation, where I use data and processes as tools for organisational learning to better understand impact and strengthen grantmaking.
My professional interest is increasingly centred on feminist data: how evidence is produced, whose realities are represented, and how data can make inequalities more visible and support better decisions and social change. This builds on my long-standing engagement with gender equality.
I started working with young people at 16, later mentoring students and working with a leadership academy for girls focused on empowerment and equality. As an activist, I also co-create social media content that uses education and public dialogue to challenge stereotypes and increase LGBTQI+ visibility.
