Her main fields of expertise are equal opportunities and occupational safety and health. She is committed to advance equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace and is always inspired by the strive and accomplishments of industriAll Europe’s national and local member organisations in this field.
She currently focuses on equal pay and pay transparency and on gender responsive occupational safety and health.
