Giorgia Antonucci is an Adviser for Social Affairs at BusinessEurope, where she works on the employer perspective on EU employment and gender equality policy. Her portfolio covers equal opportunities, occupational pensions and social dialogue, with a focus on what makes equal participation in the labour market work in practice. She contributes to BusinessEurope’s Equal Opportunities Network and tracks the EU developments shaping women’s economic participation. Prior to joining BusinessEurope, she worked on European social and employment policy in the security and defence sector. She holds an LL.M. in European Law from Utrecht University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Law.
