Chloé is a Legal and Policy Assistant in the European Commission’s Gender Equality Unit (DG JUST, Unit D3), where she contributes to advancing gender equality through the implementation of key EU legislation on pay transparency, gender balance on corporate boards, and equal treatment in social security. She leads the Unit’s work to address the gender pension gap in the European Union. Chloé holds a bachelor’s degree in European and International Law.
