As a trans woman working and studying in a male-dominated field: Information and Communications Technology I see and experience the struggles of a gender inequal world daily. For that reason I advocate for a equal society, not only for cis men and women, but for all genders, including non-binary people. My biggest concerns are the inaccessibility of trans healthcare and discrimination in the workplace, including the wage gap and underrepresentation of minorities in executive positions. I am a member of Progressive Movement in Estonia.
