Marija Grinavica holds an MBA in Global Marketing and Business Administration and is currently pursuing an MSc in International Cooperation, Finance and Development. She has broad experience in EU-funded project management, leading initiatives on women's empowerment, sustainability, entrepreneurship and digital literacy. Marija is also a writer and has published articles on EU values, ecocide, sustainable fashion and human rights. In 2024, she co-founded the United Efforts Network for Progressive Development (UENPD), organising youth projects and submitting research on social and environmental issues. Her expertise spans digital marketing, content creation and sustainable development, bringing an impact-driven approach to her work.
