Eirini Stamati is an Integrated Master's student in Electrical Engineering at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, specializing in electrical energy. Participating in the FemPower Summer School on gender mainstreaming in the clean energy transition has shaped her academic journey, highlighting the importance of gender equity in technical solutions. She has also volunteered as an assistant in a university workshop for young students focused on energy, climate and gender. Through her student union, she collaborates with peers to advocate for fair study conditions. She is excited to participate in the 2024 EIGE Gender Equality Forum, where she looks forward to using her education and experience to support initiatives that advance gender equality and sustainability.
