A firm believer in the role of private businesses to advance gender equality, Aurore Lentz is a DE&I programme manager at Toyota Motor Europe where she leads transformative projects aimed at levelling the playing field in a male-dominated industry. She is also the founder and co-chair of Toyota’s employee network focused on neuro-inclusion. Aurore is a proud queer, neurodivergent and feminist Gen Zer who has been advocating for social justice for as long as she can remember. She has worked and volunteered in the human rights sector for global NGOs, think tanks, government offices and multinational corporations. Aurore holds a Master’s degree in Gender Studies. In 2023, she was named a ‘Diversity Champion’ by the Women Automotive Network.
