Coming from the Czech Republic, Adela is a recent graduate holding two Master's degrees in International Relations and European Studies, with experience gained across the Czechia, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the UK.
Adela’s work and research are rooted in her commitment to gender justice, inclusion, education, and youth policy. Her Master’s Thesis focused on Conflict-Related Sexual Violence, reflecting her dedication to addressing critical global issues. Adela completed a Blue Book Traineeship at the Health and Digital Executive Agency of the European Commission (HaDEA) and currently serves as an Education Support Administrator at the University of Exeter. In addition, she volunteers with People in Need, tutoring children and youth from disadvantaged backgrounds.
