Ellen De Pauw works as policy officer at the Institute for the equality of women and men in Belgium. Her work centers around preventing and combating gender-based violence through policy initiatives and projects, with a particular focus on tech-facilitated gender-based violence and feminicide.
She is a passionate speaker on issues of tech-facilitated sexual violence and the use of technology in intimate partner violence.
Ellen represents Belgium as member of the Council of Europe Committee of Experts on combatting technology-facilitated violence against women and girls (GEC/PC-eVIO).
