The programme was implemented by the Department of Gender Equality of the Ministry of Social Affairs. The programme has identified many problematic areas, where improvements are necessary. The primary concerns touch upon tackling the gender segregation in labour market and gender pay gap. Awareness of employers of gender equality should be raised as well. The same applies to the educational sphere Gender based analyses should be part of various policy measures but it does not reflect the reality. Hence more efforts should be directed towards this topic.
