Lucrezia Asdente is a policy professional with experience spanning the private sector, diplomacy and academia.
Currently, she is the Policy Analyst of Ferrari's Institutional & Regulatory Affairs team, monitoring geopolitical developments and coordinating stakeholder engagement. She holds a double Master’s degree in Policies and Governance in Europe from LUISS Guido Carli University and King’s College London, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Politics, Law and Economics.
Her academic work has focused on gender equality, women’s education and labour-force participation, reproductive choices and their links with social policy. Lucrezia is particularly interested in how inclusive and gender-responsive policies strengthen sustainable, long-term competitiveness.
