I’m a queer Portuguese researcher and foundation manager working on gender-based violence prevention, queer art as an educational tool, and inclusive HR. Drawing on my research on queer performance art as a medium for survival and resistance, I advocate for its use to dismantle stereotypes and foster social and economic inclusion.
As a foundation manager for queer safety in event spaces, I build inclusive HR operations and social safety frameworks for clubs, events, and festivals. Grounded in my experience developing anti-harassment training at the International Criminal Court and de-escalation of discrimination and gender-based violence at NightGuides, I continue expanding gender-inclusive de-escalation and boundary-management training for corporate, educational, and social environments.
