Pronouns: She/her

I'm a driven, curious EU policy graduate. My studies and my work have followed the same thread: gender equality as a condition for a fair and competitive labour market, not a separate concern from it.

It drove my research into how equality commitments are enforced in practice and it still shapes how I approach my work today, looking at the labour market through a gender lens; from legal frameworks to care systems, workplace culture and their effect on women's participation in the economy.

I see women's talent as a resource Europe's labour market has yet to fully draw on and I bring the same determination to this Forum: to help translate equality principles into structural change, for a more resilient and competitive Europe.
