Sylwia Ziemacka is a Board Member of the Share the Care Foundation, where she works on parental equality, care, gender equality and the role of employers in building more inclusive workplaces. She is actively involved in projects, trainings and publications addressed to business leaders and HR teams, focusing on how equal sharing of care responsibilities can unlock the full potential of women and men in the labour market.
Until March 2026, she was actively engaged in the Senior Housing & Healthcare Association, where she served as COO for six years. Her work focused on supporting the development and professionalisation of the senior housing and long-term care sector in Europe, in line with the objectives of the EU Care Strategy.
She combines expertise in communications and strategy with a strong understanding of social and demographic challenges. Her work connects the care agenda with broader questions of competitiveness, labour market participation and sustainable growth. As a speaker, moderator and expert, she regularly contributes to conferences and public debates in Poland and abroad.
