Graduated in economics, Entrepreneur in the VET field, Gender Equality expert, ERASMUS Ambassador for Adult Education, on October 2025 I have been elected as Vice President for Projects and Partnerships at EFVET - European forum of Technical and Vocational Education and Training.
My background is in designing and coordinating European projects, with a particular focus on European networks and transnational strategic cooperation partnerships, specifically as co-founder of FORMA.Azione, an accredited VET centre and consultancy company based in Italy – Perugia. Our main areas of work are Gendered disinformation, Gender equality in Guidance and the Labour Market, Quality Assurance in VET, Cultural and Creative Industries, Media and Information Literacy, Neurodiversity, and Social Innovation.
As a mother of two children, I have had the opportunity to learn and practice transversal skills that I can apply in my daily work.
