Gunnar Wik is the Managing Director of Siemens Energy & Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy in Sweden, a position he has held since April and March 2025 respectively.
Mr. Wik has 25 years of experience in the energy sector and has previously held a number of leadership positions within Siemens Energy, both in Sweden as well as abroad. From 2017-2020 he was General Manager in Project Management for Region China and 2020-2024 he was Vice President of Siemens Energy AB & Global Head of Bid Management for Execution Unit Distributed. Since 2024 he has been heading the product line Medium Gas Turbines. He holds a Master of Science Degree from Linköping University and did his studies in Business Administration at the University of Uppsala.
