Gloria Bernabeu is an HR Specialist and Equal Opportunities Officer at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), where she works to advance diversity, equity and inclusion across people policies and workplace practices. She leads EUIPO’s Committee on Diversity, contributing to initiatives on gender equality and the participation of women and in innovation and intellectual property. With over a decade of HR experience, her work also spans talent acquisition, talent development and employee experience, with a focus on creating inclusive environments where diverse talent can develop its skills, contribute and thrive. She is a Certified Strategic HR Business Partner and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management.
