Gergana Stancheva is the co-founder and COO of LAM’ON, a Bulgarian company developing and manufacturing bio-based and compostable alternatives to conventional plastic films. She focuses on growing the company, building the team and expanding into international markets. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Gergana worked as an illustrator and in the printing industry. She is a Forbes Bulgaria 30 Under 30 and Darik 40 Under 40 alumna, an AGORA Ambassador, and was selected as a role model in the EU’s Supporting Women Entrepreneurs initiative. She cares deeply about nature, reducing waste and finding practical ways to make sustainability part of everyday life.
