Dagmar Slagmolen is the artistic director of Via Berlin, connecting performing arts, arts-based research and societal change. For over twenty years, she has created performances and immersive interventions that challenge assumptions, foster empathy and open new perspectives.
Working with universities across Europe, she designs artistic experiences that also enable research into human behaviour and social change. Within the Horizon Europe-funded MEN4DEM project, she explores how ideas of masculinity shape identities, relationships and democracy.
