The inaugural EUAN Heads of Budget and Finance meeting brings together Heads of Budget and Finance from EU agencies to exchange best practices and discuss common challenges in budgetary and financial management. Participants address topics of strategic importance, including SUMMA implementation, transparency of Commission service costs, salary forecasting, digitalisation, and shared services. EIGE contributes to discussions on these topics, shares its experience and perspectives, and collaborates with peer agencies to identify common priorities and strengthen inter-agency cooperation within the network.
