Comprende anche la ricerca della prossimità con la vittima; tale comportamento determina un grave detrimento dello stile di vita della vittima causandole direttamente, indirettamente o virtualmente una condizione di disagio, paura o panico. Tale comportamento è messo in atto cercando di stabilire con ogni mezzo un contatto con la vittima, abusando dei suoi dati personali per ordinare beni o servizi, costringendola a mettersi in contatto ovvero minacciando la vittima o le persone a essa vicine.
