Aims and objectives
To raise awareness of equality at a higher level in the Galician regional government, which is responsible for promoting actions aimed at creating equality and eliminating discrimination between men and women. Also responsible for promoting the incorporation of the principle of equal treatment and opportunities between women and men in all rules, policies, actions, plans and strategies of the Xunta de Galicia. This programme operates not only in Galicia, but in Castilla León and the north of Portugal (Galicia). 2007-20013
