Val di Non Community participates in the Family Audit process. Rconciliation policies provided: part time and taylor made working hours; training for the supervisiors of the reconciliation services; "good return plan" to simplify the back to work for employees after long leaves; transfer of the practice to other local authorities both private and public thorugh the initiatives promoted by the Family District.
