Conference proceedings about women employment and national labour market. It highlights how women in national labour market are twice discriminated from the labour market and in the labour market. The most important discrimination is women's low participation rate to the labour market. This first discrimination shapes the other: pay gap, access to protections, competences' esteem. The aim of the conference has been to create an innovative network with the involved stakeholders.
