This is an article that appeared in the magazine The Fight of Women of the Greek League for Women's Rights, Vol.78, 2005. It discusses policies and issues related to reconciliation between work and family life. It relates demographic and family policy to the quality of life and stresses the view that reconciliation is not a woman's issue.
