L'égalité professionnelle en pratique
In order to promote professional equality between men and women, the law of 9 May 2001 provides an annual collective bargaining for all companies with more than 50 employees. This negotiation is based on a comparative situation report issued by the employer and distributed to the works council and trade unions and the law which defines the content. This methodological guide for implementation allows the user to be able to develop the compared situation report (rapport de situation comparée, to know all related equality professional; and to have all useful legal texts at hand.
