Aims and objectives
According to the Equal Treatment Act (art. 23) the Government Plenipotentiary for Equal Treatment reports to the Council of Ministers on the implementation of the National Action Plan for Equal Treatment and presents recommendations for initiatives that should be taken in order to have the principle of Equal Treatment observed. It is also the responsibility of the Government Plenipotentiary for Equal Treatment to realize and evaluate the governmental gender equality policy and provide relevant gender analysis.
Results and impact
Due to the lack of National Action Plan the method has not been used yet.

Since the National Action Plan is still being drafted, the only report presented to the Council of Ministers by the Government Plenipotentiary for Equal Treatment (GPFET) provided the information on GPFET activities until 31.12.20111 and on the recommended priority tasks.
