Letter from Ministry of Justice to Tweede Kamer, August 19 2010, Research criminal detection and prosecution of FGM, the French practice

This letter presents findings from the research report "Criminal detection and prosecution of FGM, the French Practice (see NL_XXXT/I). The letter also states that from August 1 2009, the Guideline Child Abuse entered in to force, in which FGM is explicitly mentioned as a separate form of child abuse.
