Reconstructive surgery after excision of the external genital organs or after female genital mutilation (FGM)

The Ministry of Health asks the advice of the High Council of Health concerning the necessity and relevance of reimbursement of costs for the reconstruction of the clitoris after excision of the genital organs. The Council advices that reconstructive surgery should be accessible and costs should be reimbursed.
