Quality assurance process
The data is collected based on a questionnaire that covers many aspects and information concerning the victim and perpetrator of domestic violence. The data is collected based on two different questionnaires – one for the line 1440 and one for the shelter cases. Every member of the staff recording the data uses the suitable questionnaire for every case. The Association collects data for more than 10 years. This helps us to compare trends and fluctuation of the issue of domestic violence throughout the years. The data is monthly updated and stored electronically in an SPSS database, so it can be available and retrievable.
