Aims and objectives
The focus of the organisation is gender equality and improving the quality of life, by integrating the principle of equal opportunities for women and men in the economic, political and social fields. The organisation implements projects in fields such as: diversity management in organisations; equal opportunities for women and men; gender differences in health and education; human trafficking, and domestic violence prevention. The organisation offers training and consultancy for the business environment, nongovernmental organisations, and public authorities in: implementing work legislation and the principle of equal opportunities for women and men in organisations; organisational development and management; communication; obtaining and managing European funds; human resources management; partnership development; lobbying and advocacy. The organisation carries out sociological research and anti-discrimination campaigns.

- In 2010 - 2011, as part of the project "Be Family-friendly - Training and Consultancy for Companies in Bucharest and Ilfov", funded by the European Social Fund, CPE undertook qualitative and quantitative research on women and men in private Romanian companies. However, the results are not public.
