Research
Research is a driving force of economic growth and social advancement, but gender inequality continues to hold it back in Europe. Discriminatory funding and hiring policies, as well as a lack of work-life balance, leaves women at a disadvantage in the workplace, especially in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Gender equality in research means dismantling these barriers and unleashing the full power of research.
