Resolução do Conselho de Ministros n.o 49/2007

This resolution enacted in 2007 establishes the main guidelines for good government practices. All the state-owned companies are recommended to adopt action plans, after carrying out a diagnosis, in order to overcome gender imbalances - horizontal segregation, vertical segregation, to tackle gender discrimination and promote family-friendly practices.
