A igualdade de género no quadro da responsabilidade social - o projecto equal diálogo social e igualdade nas empresas

The article results from a project developed under the scope of the Equal - Community Initiative, aiming at supporting companies in the recognition and identification of gender-based discrimination situations and in the promotion of gender equality. With this aim, the following instruments were developed: Self-assessment Guide on Gender Equality in Companies; Training Guide on Gender Equality for Consultants and Auditors; Solution Guide – an instrument for the promotion of good practices in gender equality in companies. In this article, the framework, the objectives, the methodologies and the results of the Project are presented, building on the respective products.
