Koncepcija dzimumu līdztiesības īstenošanai

Latvia has chosen to address issues of gender equality using approach of gender mainstreaming, which implies that principle of gender equality has to be taken into account developing all policies and resolving all issues. The aim of conception is to implement gender mainstreaming in state administration institutions. The objectives of conception is to identify prior issues for developing gender equality in Latvia, and to identify framework of state institutions actions and approaches in order to create the most effective way for implementing gender equality.
